This photo set chronicles the process of getting my chest piece.  We started back in July 2011 and just finished up in Jan. 2012.  I sat through 5 different sessions for a total of 18-20 hours.

The piece was inspired by the work of Alex Grey and the music of Tool, anyone who is a fan of either should be able to tell this right away.

The design and tattoo work was done by Harry Aron of Harry’s Tattoo Shop in Danville, VA.  Harry is very talented and a pleasure to work with.  This is my second tattoo from Harry and it will not be my last.

After about 15 hours of work this is where we stand.  I think another 5-6 hours should finish this bad boy up! At least I hope so.

Got a long ways to go, but it is filling up nicely!
